Five reasons to choose a Stratford office space

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

It’s well documented just how good the great outdoors is for our productivity and general wellbeing. And having a space like Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park moments from your office truly is a luxury.

With curated running and walking trails, alfresco picnic spots and landscaped gardens for moments of peace – it’s the perfect escape for lunch breaks, post-work strolls or even informal catchups at work.

East Bank

East Bank is set to be London’s newest cultural quarter – a home to world-famous organisations from the arts and education sectors.

Nestled right next door to IQL, East Bank will welcome Sadler’s Wells, The V&A, London College of Fashion, BBC Music and UCL over the coming few years. And with these mammoth organisations will come 2,500 new jobs within the area, a student community and plenty of visitors.

For those working in Stratford, East Bank will bring fresh opportunities for cultural enrichment; a new educated workforce firmly rooted in Stratford; and a fresh buzz about the area as research, creativity and the arts make East London their home.

Amazing retail and dining options

Stratford is bursting with new and exciting dining and retail options – and we don’t just mean within Westfield Shopping Centre!

Haugen at IQL is D&D London’s newest Eastern outpost – a three floor, wooden Pavilion themed as an Alpine dining experience. Within IQL you’ll also find Signorelli artisan bakery, Tonkotsu Ramen restaurants and Figo for delectable Italian fare.

We’ve also got Heavenly Desserts for an incredibly decadent dining experience and Pret – because where else would you pick up a quick and tasty lunch on your break?

Connectivity

You may be worried that Stratford seems further than the likes of the city. But this simply isn’t true. Partly due to the legacy of the Olympic Games, Stratford is now serviced by two train stations, Stratford and Stratford International. Between the two stations, that means Stratford is serviced by the Underground Central and Jubilee lines, TFL Rail services, the London Overground, Docklands Light Railway, Greater Anglia Services and National Rail services – including the high-speed service which takes you to St Pancras in 7 minutes.

Thanks to this and a number of frequent bus services, Stratford is accessible to most of London within a fairly short timescale.

Futuristic workplaces

The final element that makes Stratford stand out from the rest of London is the workplaces themselves. Here at IQL, we have a range of workplaces that are designed and built for the future. What does this mean? They’re designed with human needs in mind; they look after your wellbeing; they facilitate modern ways of working and create collaborative environments.

From working lobbies to terraces with inspiring views; from flexible floorplans to outdoor branch out areas designed for collaboration, our Stratford office spaces make working in Stratford an entirely different experience from the rest of the city.
