Veganuary at IQL

Signorelli

The independent bakery taking Stratford by storm offers delicious, vegan options for breakfast, brunch and lunch. At breakfast time, enjoy a charcoal croissant or homemade vegan granola and coffee for only £3.50. At lunchtime, tuck into a vegan focaccia, soup or salad. Take the meal deal, select a drink of your choice and round it off with a lemon biscuit.

Tonkotsu

Ramen kitchen, Tonkotsu, offer up a range of tasty ramen bowls filled with goodness. The vegan options are equally as tasty. For your main, tuck into the Japanese mushroom miso ramen or try the yasai curry ramen – filled with bok choy, sweet peppers and corn on the cob.

Pret a Manger

Pret has an abundance of awesome vegan options available. Across soups, sandwiches and hot dishes you can sample the lot and pick a favourite. Baguettes like avocado, tomato and olives give you a tasty sandwich option, or you can tuck into wraps like the falafel, avo and chipotle flatbread or you can heat yourself up with hot dishes like mushroom risotto, butternut and lentil dahl or warm up with the souper tomato soup. Round off with a sweet treat or two – the dark chocolate and almond butter cookie is our recommendation. And yes – it’s vegan!

Figo

The latest addition to the IQL foodie family, Figo, serves up authentic Italian cooking. If you’re looking for something a little indulgent, enjoy the Ortolana or Picciosa pizza, each made with vegan cheese, Italian plum tomato sauce topped with a variety of scrumptious veggies.

We’ve specifically outlined a few of the vegan options above, but if you’re new to this and looking to explore new choices, there are also loads of vegetarian options available too. Visit each eatery’s website to browse the menus and explore some of the best vegan restaurants in London this January.
