Silent Disco Workouts at Roof East

Come along and put on your headphones. You’ll dance along to upbeat playlists designed to make you feel good – and get fit while you dance. Each event is capped at 35 people, meaning you won’t be pushed up against strangers - you’ll have plenty of room to move. You’ll also be able to choose music that suits you, from a range of genres (so you won’t be dancing to beats that aren’t your style).

Specially designed icebreakers will make you feel comfortable with the people around you so you can let go in a sober, relaxed environment with people who are there to do the same thing as you – dance.
