
RUNTALK RUN AND IMPROVING MENTAL HEALTH
With dedicated groups dotted all over the country, they organise weekly 5km jogs (all with social distancing in mind) and help to combat loneliness with a safe space to chat about how you are feeling. They even have a dedicated Stratford group who often take their jogs through IQL on a Tuesday evening.
