Loose Connections - Jess at Tonkotsu

In celebration of our loose connections and the wonderful benefits they bring to our lives, we’re interviewing some of the very important people that you might meet if you work, live or visit Stratford.

The Stratford branch of Tonkotsu, a chain of Modern Japanese ramen bars in the heart of London, Brighton & Birmingham, is among the most exceptional eateries in the area due to the team’s hardworking spirit. We talk to Jess about the food, her colleagues and her favourite Stratford spots.
