Mind’s sub-lease of approximately 20,000 sq ft of space will be on the third floor of the building. They’ll be sharing the building with CRUK (who the space is sub-leased from), British Council and Fintech investment company, FNZ.
2 Redman Place is one of the most sustainable workplaces in the UK – as new tenants, Mind employees will enjoy floor to ceiling windows that flood offices with natural light; they’ll breathe 100% outdoor air that’s circulated by energy efficient air pumps; and they’ll have access to high quality end of trip facilities like on-site showers and bike storage, as well as a café and connected terraces.
2 Redman Place is also certified WiredScore Platinum, which means Mind will benefit from high-speed internet connectivity throughout the building – perfect for hybrid and flexible working. They’ll also have incredible views across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) and the wider Stratford area.
The benefits of working at IQL extend beyond the workplace’s four walls. Neighbouring QEOP, Olympic sporting venues, Westfield, and IQL’s vibrant range of high-street and independent eateries means that there is ample choice for leisure at lunch, before and after work. IQL itself enjoys outdoor workspaces for alfresco meetings and a new public amphitheatre found at the foot of the Pavilion, home to D&D London’s alpine themed restaurant, deli and rooftop bar, Haugen.
Mind is a leading mental health charity that is focused on improving the mental health of the UK’s population. Not only do they provide advice and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem, they also campaign and lobby government to improve services, promote understanding within society and raise awareness.
With wellbeing, health and happiness at the heart of International Quarter London, Mind are a welcome addition to the IQL community.
There’s still availability for office space within 2 Redman place. You can find out all you need to know on the IQL website.
