International Quarter London (IQL) has become the first development in the world to be awarded a SABRE certification in recognition of its security standards.
Beating off strong competition from the likes of Canary Wharf, IQL's estate achieved a SABRE rating of 'Excellent' and a score of 84.96%, which is the highest score ever recorded under this scheme.
SABRE is a security risk management standard, used by property developers, building owners and occupiers to measure and evaluate how well they manage security risks. The scheme is independently run and aims to recognise and reward those who are excelling in in designing in a robust approach to security within their estates – both the building and then management of them.
