One of Disney's most beloved classics, The Lion King was released when the Mouse House was at the peak of its 90s renaissance, hot on the heels of Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast. Featuring some of Disney's most enduring songs and memorable vocal performances (including from James Earl Jones, Jeremy Irons and Whoop Goldberg), the film won Best Score and Best Original Song for 'Can You Feel The Love Tonight' at the Academy Awards.
