London has been redefined: its centre has shifted. Almost half the capital’s population now lives east of Tower Bridge and east is where the city’s future growth will take place. With nine rail lines, the arrival of Crossrail, direct connection to London City airport in 14 minutes and extensive cycling, walking and running links, International Quarter is London's best connected new business district.

Over 200 trains at peak

Built in anticipation of growth, there will be over 200 trains per hour at peak periods through Stratford, making it one of London’s most accessible stations. Connected to over 150 stations via direct services or with just one interchange, Stratford can be reached conveniently from anywhere in London, whether staff choose to travel by Underground, DLR, Mainline, Overground or Crossrail.

Cycle to The City in 24 mins

International Quarter is also one of the city’s prime spots for cycling, running and walking. More than 300 bikes are available for hire in and around the Olympic Park and Cycle Superhighway 2 provides a safe cycle route connecting Stratford-based businesses to the city in less than 25 minutes.
